Collection of application form

Parents can collect the application form between 9^th September –28 ^th October 2024 from kindergarten in person or by downloading from our school website. There is no limitation of application quota.

Submission of application form

1.  Date: 9^th September –27 ^th October 2024

2.  Office hours:    Monday to Friday (9:30a.m. to 11:00a.m./ 1:30p.m. to 3:30p.m.)

                             Saturday (9:00a.m. to 12:00 noon)

4.  Application Fee: $40 (non-refundable and non-transferable)

Please bring the completed application form together with the supporting documents below to the kindergarten in person. Application forms will not be accepted by email or by post. Application will not be processed for insufficient documentation.

• photocopy of Hong Kong Birth Certificate
• photocopy of alternative proof of identity for those born outside Hong Kong, such as One Way Permit (when applicable)
• photocopy of Immunization Record
• One recent passport sized photo of the applicant
• If you are unable to provide a contact email address, please submit 4 self-addressed envelopes with your mailing address, applicant’s name and a $2.2 stamp on each envelope.

Application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission”

The Education Bureau has implemented the free quality Kindergarten policy starting from the 2017/18 school year in replacement of the previous “Pre-Primary Education Voucher Scheme”. Under the current policy, the Education Bureau will use the “Registration Certificate” as registration document for K1 student for the 2025/26 school year.

Parents are required to submit an application for the “2025/26 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” (hereafter referred to as “2025/26RC”) to the Education Bureau from September – November 2024.

Interview Arrangement:

All applicants will be offered interview opportunity.

1. Interview will be held on 2^nd November 2024 (Sat). Time of the interview will be determined by the school and the interview pass will be distributed upon submission of application form. Rearrangement of interview will unfortunately not be available.
2. Parents and children will be required to attend the interview on time. If you miss or attend the interview late, rearrangement of interview will not be granted.
3. Each applicant will attend in person together with either a parent or a guardian for the interview which will take around 10 minutes.
4. Our school uses Cantonese as the main teaching medium of instruction, therefore the interview will be conducted in Cantonese.

 The Admission Criteria:

1. Applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in our kindergarten will be given due priority
2. Applicant’s parent is a staff at our kindergarten
3. Applicant’s parent(s) or sibling(s) is/are graduate(s) of our kindergarten
4. Applicant’s parent shares the same religion as our kindergarten (proof will be required)
5. Interview performance
6. Home location nearby our kindergarten
7. Applicants with family needs who are applying for whole day classes will be given prior consideration.

The number of school places is limited, please understand that not all applications fulfilling the priority considerations will be guaranteed a school place.

Announcement of Admission Results and Registration Arrangements:

1. K1 admission results will be announced on 7^th December 2024(Sat) via the school website and at our campus. Successful applicants will be notified by post as well.
2. For successful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child between 2^nd – 4^th January 2025 (“Centralised Registration Dates”) by submitting the original copy of the “2024/25RC” / “Admission Pass” to the school.
3. Registration fee:  $970(Half day Session)，$1,570(Whole Day Session)
4. Applicants on waiting list: The school will notify any accepted applicants immediately. Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the school. Parents will be required to submit the original copy of the “2025/26RC” / “Admission Pass” to the school, as well as paying the registration fee.
5. If parents of successful applicant cannot present the “2025/26RC” / “Admission Pass” to our school during the centralised registration dates, our school may not be able to complete registration for their child. Hence, parents are required to submit application to the Education Bureau within the designated period.
6. After applicants begin school, the registration fee will be refunded in mid-September by cheque. Please notify the school by letter or email if parents decide to change school for their child after registration. Our school will return the “2025/26RC” / “Admission Pass” as soon as possible. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon getting back the “2025/26RC” / “Admission Pass”, our school will no longer reserve the place for the applicant.
